ABSTRACT
O presente artigo pretende discutir a noção de vítima enquanto figura emblemática do laço social que sobrevém na modernidade, de modo a pôr em causa a tessitura que ampara a constituição da legitimidade culturalmente atribuída desse lugar, bem como analisar as consequências discursivas e subjetivas então decorrentes. Partindo-se desta discussão conceitual, pretende-se ainda investigar a contribuição própria ao discurso psicanalítico na escuta dos casos de suspeita de violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes, sobretudo em sua vertente intrafamiliar, problematizando, deste modo, a questão da vitimização e suas implicações no endereçamento ao campo da Assistência Social. The paper discusses the victim as an iconic figure of the social bonding that arises in modernity, in order to unravel the vectors that support this position's culturally attributed legitimacy, as well as to analyze the ensuing discursive and subjective consequences. Starting from this conceptual discussion, the authors intend to investigate the specific contribution of the psychoanalytical discourse to the listening of cases of suspected sexual violence, especially in their domestic aspect, against children and adolescents, thus problematizing the question of victimization and its implications in the field of Social Work. El artículo discute la víctima como figura emblemática del lazo social que ocurre en la modernidad y sus implicaciones desde el psicoanálisis, poniendo en cuestión lo que constituí la legitimidad culturalmente atribuida de ese lugar, así como analizar las consecuencias discursivas y subjetivas que se derivan. A partir de esta discusión conceptual, se pretende aún investigar la contribución del discurso psicoanalítico en los casos de sospecha de violencia sexual hacia niños y jóvenes, sobretodo en su vertiente intrafamiliar, problematizando de este modo la cuestión de la victimización y sus implicaciones en el campo de la Asistencia Social. Nossa proposta consiste em articular a repetição e o sexual, no que concerne ao real como impossível. Destacaremos o caráter problemático e muitas vezes paradoxal e aporético do sexual, visto que, estando este no centro de toda análise, seus desdobramentos incidirão diretamente sobre a clínica possível. Cumpre ressaltarmos, portanto, que a inclusão do corpo enquanto suporte da diferença sexual não implica numa naturalização da questão sexual, no sentido em que há eco do significante no corpo, e que o próprio sinthoma possui um caráter artificioso.
Our purpose is to articulate the sexual and the repetition, in relation to the real as the impossible dimension. We will highlight the contradictory and problematical aspect of the sexual dimension, which are at the center of the psychoanalytical process, and their developments are related to any possible clinical results. It is worth highlighting that including the body as a support for the sexual difference does not imply in a naturalization of the sexual matter, as there is an echo of the significant on the body and the symptom itself has an artificial nature.

Em fins do século XIX ocorre, no plano da construção de conhecimentos, uma revolução: Freud, Marx e Nietzsche equivocam a certeza. Posteriormente, Gõedel demonstra que, num sistema lógico, existe a possibilidade de contradição, um furo. A partir disto, este trabalho estuda as condições de produção do conhecimento em psicanálise, propondo uma dupla visada: lançar um olhar epistemológico sobre a psicanálise e pensar uma epistemologia a partir do que aquela possui de mais próprio e radical o Inconsciente. Acreditamos que o estudo desta relação é uma importante questão epistemológica, relevante para a compreensão da atividade científica como um todo.
Towards the end of 19th century, a revolution takes place in the field of knowledge production: Freud, Marx and Nietzsche introduce the idea of a not totally guaranteed certainty. Afterwards, Gõdel demonstrates the possibility of contradiction in a given logical system. Parting from these premises, this assay studies the knowledge production conditions in psychoanalysis and proposes a two way analysis: thinking psychoanalysis from an epistemological point of view, as well as thinking the contribution of psychoanalysis theory of Inconscient to an epistemology. We believe that the study of this relation is an important epistemological question, relevant to the comprehension of scientific activity as a whole.
